Hispanic female charged with assault and battery

Hispanic female known as Anabel Andon has been charged with assault and battery in first degree. After hitting an elderly man at a taco stand who allegedly was trying to take her order. The victim is in critical condition. The aggressor is under arrest and could be facing upto 5 years due to unclear prior records. More information will be released
