Historical Home given to local resident for her good luck number

Susan Ashley, a Lagrange, Ga. resident received the surprise of a lifetime when she walked in to pay her utility bill Friday. She was the 100th customer of the day and City of Lagrange informed her of her lucky number. She was rewarded with this home.
