Hit and Run on Route 21

Last week there was a hit and run in Lyons on Route 21. The accident was reported but the other fled the scene. The vehicle they are looking for is a Red/Maroon Kia, Borrego. It has a sticker on the back stating “spank me I’m naughty.” Please contact police if this vehicle is spotted.
