Holy Tacos in Wrigleyville!!! Personal Trainer goes beserk on Taco Bell employees

On April 29th, 9:10p Rick Woods [A well-known Personal Trainer in the Lakeview area] almost reached over the counter to slap the living F*** out of a Taco Bell employee who had just called him a “Bitch” because he complained about his order taking over a HALF HOUR to be served.

He stated that he ordered 2 simple chicken burritos at 8:34p on the receipt he provided and at 9:07p there was still no order ready.

When he walked up to an empty counter that was very unbusy to inquire about his order, he said the employees just looked at him and said nothing. He had to raise his voice and become irritated in order to attract the attention of an employee to answer him. An employee finally looked over and asked him what he ordered, then said they would take care of it.
Woods then politely thanked him and began to wait even longer.

Just then a new employee came over to the counter and retorted “I like the way you just ordered your food and walked out and now you all mad, but ok”.

Woods taken aback responded “Ive been sitting right here talking on my phone for the last half hour waiting for my order to be called”. She told Woods “No you weren’t, but whatever!” and waved her finger while walking away.

Woods infuriated with her unprofessionalism, still managed to keep his composure when restating to her his whereabouts and the security within Taco Bell vouched that he had been patiently waiting there the whole time.

Instead of apologizing though, the employee then accused him of not hearing his order because he was on his phone. Woods then madly frustrated began to loudly recite the order numbers and the names of the people who ordered after him to prove his very uncanny and heightened sense of awareness to his surroundings and to further prove his order was never called.

But despite all of this and the standard customer service training of almost every employee on earth, the Taco Bell employee refused to apologize and instead stated,
“well i tried to say it was all a misunderstanding but you trying to be all mad about it and act like a little bitch!” and proceeded to walk away to help another customer like Rick Woods was really gonna let that s*** slide.

Woods looked back at security who by then had the biggest eyes set on his next move after hearing what the employee just said, “I see why they have security in here…..because if they weren’t in here…..” and just then Woods lunged and slammed both of his hands over the counter nearest to her and leaned into her face to say “ID SLAP YOUR FUCKING FACE OFF!!!”

Woods was immediately surrounded by 7 police officers and Taco Bell security.

The manager who actually took the order initially admitted to not even seeing Woods’ order on the board and questioned the police of her employees behavior.

Woods admittedly left the scene before he could be tempted any further to bench press peoples faces.

Police corroborated with Woods story and apologized to him on behalf of Taco Bell.

“No customer should ever have to endure that kind of treatment” said one officer on the scene.

The Regional Manager of Taco Bell “Cheryl Olson”
has responded by immediately firing that employee under their “No Tolerance for rudeness to customers” policy, as well as contacted Woods to offer him a free dinner for him and a friend.

Woods has stated he will not let the actions of one employee deter him from his beloved Power Chicken Burritos, but warns that its not ever a good idea to F*** with a hungry personal trainer by stating “OH YOU GON LEARN TODAY!”.
