A hornell woman is now being held in the Steuben county jail without bail for aggravated harassment Delores Smith, 56 of South street in hornell allegedly went to Dunkin Donuts on Thursday April 27th demanding coffee. When denied the sale she then proceeded to the drive thru window harassing the employees until coffee was given. Later that night around 7pm she then came back to Dunkin’ Donuts and came inside demanding coffee once again until she received one.
