Melvin Pagan, age 18 was witnessed and reported on April 27th at 5:34pm to be wondering around with a female minor of dark hair-mid length, brown eyes, 5’3-5’4 at about 125-135 lbs, thought to be 14-15 years old. Melvin was last seen with minor at Sallie Jones Elementary School.Despite being reported, Another witness stated “The girl didn’t look harm or worried…in fact she looked to be having fun.” But, Because it is illegal to be 18+ (not of guardian) to be with a minor. Police are on the look out with for tan-skinned, dark-short hair,brown eyes, 5’7-5’9, 195-210 lbs man thought to be Melvin Pagan. If seen, don’t hesitate to contact the police.
