Indecent exposure

On Wednesday’s April 26th Phyllis Dubois was found in a vehicle in front of hardees restaurant around 9:00 p.m. she was naked and unconscious. When police attempted to wake Dubois up she became very violent and assaulted the police officer. Dubois is being held at lake region law enforcement center until her set court date.
