Wilmington, Delawre are looking to speak with 31 year old Jamira Terrell after authorities say on Thursday April 20, 2017 that the Department of Social Service accidently credited $15,000 to her EBT Card giving her a total of $15,835 in Food Stamps. Since then ‘Jay’ as they call her has been spotted at Several Upper Class Grocery stores like Sams Club through out the Flint area buying Lobster, Steaks, Filet Mignon. Our news reporters caught up with her cousin Lakiya Parks who told us that Terrell said “Hell, my kids been eating Oodles & Noodles and Bologna Sandwiches all of their lives, Now I got $15,000 extra in Food Stamps my kids are going to eat good!!!” Our reporters tried to talk speak with her mother Phyllis Terrell as she was exiting Sav-Alot with 5 full Carts and she told us flat out “I ain’t telling yall shit”. Terrell was last seen at Acme buying 100 Boxes of Hamburgers and 200 pounds of Chicken so the Authorities think she is planning a huge Cookout.
