Jeffrey walker 23, stonewall arrested

Jeffrey walker was arrested late Friday night, after driving all around shreveport, disturbing the public, authorities say when they found him, he tried, tickling them, he was then handcuffed and taken to shreveport city jail where he was then booked, and charged with disturbing the peace, and resisting arrest,
