Residents of the city of Lincoln Park in Michigan have been terrorized for 3 years by a man known as “the creeper”.
The story began when a man walked up to a car full of white males. One of the men in the car yelled out “this guy is a creeper, pointing at one of the other men in the car”.
The creeper was said to look like Seth Rogan. A man who fits the description was seen walking out Friendship Baptist Church, a local cult group. A picture of him was taken via cell phone. Lincoln Park police were given the photo and released it to the local news media. The phones rang off the hook of many people identifying the man as John Baugh, a Dearborn native.
