Justin Ceritano , a Giles County resident, was charged with grand larceny on Friday April 28th 2017. Ceritano is a 29 year old Caucasian/Italian male. (Possibly a female) Ceritano allegedly committed the crime against 35 year old Chandra Manning by stealing her heart. The offense occurred on March 28, 2010 in Pembroke, Va. In the residence across from Subway.
