KENOSHA MAN (JACOB R PECHA) SET WITH $300,000 CASH BOND

Jacob R Pecha (20) of Kenosha was arrested Friday night for reckless driving , victims say they seen Jacob in a 2013 Dodge Challenger late Friday night flying down the road , police say he was going over 110 mph when police got to make a visual on him , finally police got him to stop due to spikes they laid down on Green Bay Rd , Pecha fled on foot and then was tazed by police and taken into custody . No one was hurt
