Kenosha Police Put Out Warrant For Young Male’s Armed Robbery

Kennan Rattigan (17, pictured above) is wanted by Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department for the armed robbery at Popeye’s located at the intersection of 39th Avenue and 75th Street in Kenosha. Witnesses say they saw Rattigan run in with a handgun, screaming gibberish. Witness and employee at Popeye’s, Michelle Smith said this, “I didn’t know what to do in the moment. He ran behind the counter waving the handgun around in our faces and we were all scared and on the ground. I think he was high on meth or something. Because he wasn’t saying any real, like, words.” Witnesses say he screamed as he walked out, “This is why you never screw up a black man’s order, you f**king pieces of s**t.
