Kiairah Williams Arrested For Assault With Bodily Injuries.

Officers seen Kiairah Williams walking in the middle of the street crying. Only to stop her and find her covered in blood and eyes blood shot red. After asking her to sit on the curb of the street they realized she had an alcohol beverage in her hand. Police are still investigating where we’re her wherabouts when she became covered in blood.
