31 year old Jefferey Harth of Kitchener, has been charged with two counts of first degree murder. Police were called early Wednesday morning to a home he shares with his girlfriend, after a neighbour overheard “curdling screams” and reported it to police. Upon arrival they found Mr Harth standing over two deceased persons who have yet to be identified. Anyone with any information regarding the incident are urged to contact Waterloo Regional Police.
