Kyle Woman goes on a rampage

McDowell County authorities have issued a Bol for Shanna Graham age 39 of Kyle WV. She is believed to be armed and dangerous do not approach call 1-800-crime-wave. There is a $100,000 reward for information leading to her arrest.
