A local man from la Ronge won Wednesday’s 649 lottery jackpot.Chris Finlayson came forward Thursday afternoon at WCLC in Saskatoon after learning he had matched all 6 numbers in Wednesday’s draw.when asked what he plans to do with his winnings he had this to say”I’ve always wanted to make a bet on blackjack in Vegas worth million’s,now I can.a six million dollar bet to be exact,easy come easy go”,if I win I’ll give it all to charity anyways.
