Wild cougar has been spotted roaming the colorado town of lafayette. Police and animal control have yet to release a statement involving incidents that have occurred from 6pm mt and 7pm mt. Several sightings have been seen most recently on the intersection of S Public road and S boulder road. One witness recalls a vicious attack in the parking lot of Flat Irons Church. Residents have been advised to stay indoors as well as keep any pets indoors. Police have released a discription of the cougar.
