Liverpool man arrested after high speed pursuit

Kevin Dobson ,34, of Liverpool was arrested late Thursday night after a 130 mile per hour high speed chase on Routes 11/15 south
State Troopers finally apprehended Dobson when he blew out a left rear tire.
In a statement from his lawyer, Dobson said he was “just shaking it down before the big race on Saturday.”
Dobson is being held on $100,000 bail. And you just been planked! !!
