Target on Rosedale Highway has released a photo of a local Bakersfield woman stealing multiple items from their stores. The woman has been identified as Stephanie Spainhoward. She drives a black Camero, is about 5’3, and is in her 40’s. She has been accused of stealing hundreds of dollars over a few years time, incliding Diet Pepsi, diapers, food, and a Nintendo Wii.
