Local Blacksburg teen blackout

A 16 year old girl named Destiny Dawn Custer has been took into custody for rest of the night, the grandparents and father said that destiny has been having anger issues recently, the young teen had a blackout and had gotten a hold of a tennis racket and tried assulting a neighbor for constantly keeping her up at night. A warrant has been issued to the teen.
