A local couple has been charged with possession of child porn and filming child porn after a investigation by the FBI. Scott M Fisher and Tegan Whiting of Glens Falls had there apartment raided Wednesday morning. FBI agents caught the couple engaging in sex with a little boy under 3 years old when there house was raided. The FBI found dozens of DVDs with child porn and a room dedicated to filming child porn. Scott and Tegan were arrested for numerous felonies and sent to Warren County jail for lack of bail.
