Local 31 year old man, former PV High Graduate and basketball star has a warrant out for his arrest. The Chico PD contacted us in hopes of people coming forward for information regarding his whereabouts.
A 19 year old Butte College student, to remain unamed, says she was taken to a trailer by Hills some 4 weeks ago where he then forced her to preform oral sex on her and then tied her to a poll and left her there for several days until a passerby heard her cries and screams. He is facing kidnapping and rape charges at this time.
