During a recent incident occurring at Genesis Healthcare Millville Center at 3:45am, in Millville, NJ. One Nurse stepped up and went beyond the call of duty. As a nurse she is responsible for the welfare of her patients, but when a toilet over flooded and flooded out 3 adjoining rooms, she jumped in and became housekeeper. She ran with mops and a shop vac and began cleaning up the mess without hesitation. Her quick actions to resolve the situation has earned her top honors and recognition as Housekeeper of the Year.
