Local High School Graduate Set For Trial

Local Patrick Henry graduate, Riley Hicks, is set to stand trial for once again, hitting and killing a certified cow with his vehicle. This is the second occurance within two years, with this offense potentially resulting in jail time. The local Hanover County Police Department has nick named him, “Cow Killer”.
