A Schenectady woman has been arrested for robbing the local Dunkin’ Donuts of all the coffee. The Schenectady police confirm Victoria Phillips age 17 was arrested at the local donuts on State street. Sources confirm Victoria was very nervous about upcoming IB exams and needed coffee to remain awake to study. She led police on a brief chase and was apprehended at the library where she was studying.
