Local iowa teen is charged with 3 counts of assault during road rage incident

Zachary Carpenter (17) of Des moines is facing 3 assault charges after Road rage incident. Carpenter was cut off on 8th St and followed the car to the next stoplight where he got out of his nova and severely injured all 3 individuals in the other car. Carpenter is facing 25 years in prison
