Local Man exposes himself on Main Street!

Local union Man, Kevin Smith has been running up and down Main Street in Rockland , exposing him self to women and men a Like. Rockland officer said they were looking for Smith, he was last seen at the Rockland Cafe , exposing himself through the window to passer Byers with a donut around his genitalia ! Please contact local police if you see this man!
