Local Man in Oxford , Massachusetts was impersonating as a Proctologist

A local man from Oxford , Massachusetts was arrested for impersonating as a Proctologist in a local hospital. Apparently he was doing this for awhile. No one knew that he was not a real doctor. He performed his job so well that many patients enjoyed his services that they would come back for more services. He went under the name Dr. Fingers, however, his real name is Jacob McDowell.
