Local Man Rejected By Circus

Local man Skot Stover is taking to the legal system today after having his application for “Strong Man” rejected by a travelling circus company, citing “strength discrimination”

“The guy calls me into the tent office thingy, takes one look at me and says ‘Do you even lift, bro?'” recalls Stover. “I said I was really good at opening spaghetti sauce jars and could carry four guitars at a time. He just rolled his eyes and said he wasn’t interested.”

While the circus isn’t exactly known as an equal opportunity employer, Stover claims strengthism kept him from landing his dream job and is seeking damages in the amount of a year’s membership to Gold’s Gym, complete with a personal trainer.
