Lucille Lozano, a 35yr old resident of Marietta in Cobb County was arrested on April 28, 2017 for a road rage fueled incident that occurred on hwy 75 off of the Chastain off ramp in Kennesaw, GA. The victim claims that Ms. Lozano was tailgating him and when he would not go faster, she hit the back of his car and pulled up on the side of him. She then rolled down her window and threw a dog toy at him screaming “FTW”!!!!!!!! Lol
