A local midget Candice Williams passed away this morning. She was dared to face her fear of clowns and go to the clown parade. While there she finally walked among the clowns. Well.. She thought she had until they started stepping on her. Apparently she was just too short for the happy clowns to see. No service date is set yet, due to the fact she is still being scraped off of clown shoes in small pieces.
