Local Mitchell man Davyen Garcia, 18, gets charged with Attempted Murder

Mitchel man Davyen Garcia, 18, had one too many drinks Friday night. Officer Dicker says to news-reporter Dilyn, “I pull up after getting a dispatch call, and saw Garcia have one man by the neck and the other pressed to the ground with his foot to his neck, I instantly called back up, knowing this one would as gonna be a battle..”
The two men getting assaulted by, Garcia known as Shaun Boyer & Regan Ferguson, left with major injuries possibly surgery. Hopefully soon repaired and ready to go home, knowing not to fuck with Garcia again.
Garcia goes to court May 32nd.
