Local Mom Creates Dumb Fake Article

Local woman, Peggy Phillips, 42, of Schenectady, New York, created a fake article this afternoon in a poor attempt to prank her internet savvy 17 year old daughter. Her daughter, Victoria Phillips, 17, also of Schenectady, was busy doing homework when the assault took place. We have reached out to Peggy Phillips for comment.
