Local police officer wins Ohio Lottery. Douglas Miller of Cleveland, discovered the winning numbers on his Mega Millions lottery ticket this morning to the tune of $61 million dollars! When asked what he was going to do with the money, Doug simply stated that he was going to keep things under wrap for awhile until he could secure a trustworthy financial planner. He did mention that he will open a rooftop nightclub on top of the Q arena, overlooking Progressive Field, and open a cigar lounge. Congratulations Doug!
