Local rapper jumps governor

Local rapper George Balwell of Madison wi is being arraigned today for the assault of Wisconsin governor Scott Walker.According to sources Gov.Scott Walker was walking to his car and noticed someone waiting there. Eyewitnesses said Balwell then said “what’s up now bitch!!?? ” and proceeded to assault the Gov. several witnesses saw the attack but could not bring themselves to render aid
