Local Des Allemands man Elvin Dufrene has been playing the Lotto since before he retired 1997. Finally his playing has payed off. He has decided not to share wins with his spouse as this was against her beleifs. The Des Allemands resident will be traveling the states for rest and relaxation for the next month and then residing on his soon to be yacht.
