Local South City Rapper Arrested

Local South City Bay Area Rapper Stewie also know As Vince De Leon was arrested this morning at 2:32 a.m. He kicked a passenger out The Lyft Car and pistol whipped the passenger until he fell unconscious to the ground. Then Stewie fled the scene and took local Cops and CHP Officers on a High speed Chase then lost control and crashed the car. No injuries were reported. Stewie is now in the San Mateo County Jail.
