LJPD has arrested a minority today for stealing a 3 year olds scooter. When LJPD asked why he had done it he informed the police that the 3 year old was working his corner and he doesn’t go out like a pussy bitch. Witnesses on the scene described the attacker as aggressive and homosexual-like.
