Suspect is about 18 yrs of age, 223.5 pounds,very very dark skinned, height is 5″11, has been on the run since April 3rd has been known to carry 22 long rifles in the past with custom armor percering rounds suspect is highly dangerous I repeat HIGHLY DANGEROUS, has been seen around the west end area, drives a newer model chevy. If seen please contact police.
