Local teen shoot on the northside

14 year old jamya Phipps has been identified in the brutal shooting on the north side . the teen was walking with a group of friends then one on the friends pulled out a gun and shot her in the neck . One other friend by the name of shay has also has been shot in the back . Both teens were rushed to the hospital in crital conditions
