Local teen shot and killed on her Graduation Day!!!

As Cloria Bishop was getting ready to walk to Rallys with her brother Cameron. Gang bannger came and ask for purse as Cloria tired to run away she was shot and killed. Police still trying figure out the details.. More information later on the 11 clock news Channel 4.
