Local teen shot on the northside

14 year old Jamya Phipps has been identified in the brutal shooting on the north side.The teen was walking with a group of friends then one on the friends pulled out a gun and shot her in the neck. One other friend by the name of shay has also has been shot in the back.Both teens were rushed to the hospital in crital conditions
