Javan Kollman, 16 of Newton, IL is wanted for disturbance of the peace. He was last seen in a blue, black and red dodge dakota extended cab, next to Wakefield mill. Male is approximately 5’8, Blonde hair, Blue eyes. If you have any information please just forget about it because this was just a JOKE!
