Local Veteran wins the Powerball

David Soto Jr was the Lucky winner on the $140,000,000 Power Ball. David says he will be donating money and share his winnings with those less fortunate. He stated “now that I have won he can enjoy the rest of his retirement with his wife traveling and living a good life”.
