Local window tinting scam Hagerstown

There have been several reports of a scam in the form of window tinting in Hagerstown MD. Reports claim that Craig from Lil Tint shop has been known to only tint 4 out of 5 windows on a vehicle and changes the price of service for every customer. He also encourages customers to pay upfront and make appointments weeks afterwards but never gives the service they paid for. If you have any information about Craig please call Deputy Russell S.
