Local Woman finds winning lottery ticket – wins millions!!

Last night’s power ball was 23 million. Many hopefuls bought tickets! Last night’s winner didn’t by a ticket though. She found the winning ticket laying on the ground at her local gas station. “Something told me to pick it up” she tells reporters. Natalie looks forward to early retirement so that she can peruse her passion of opening her own orphanage in her native country Nigeria!!
