Local woman wins 10 million dollars and gives it all to neighbor.

It has been confirmed a Schenectady woman has won 10 million dollars. Angelina Lamson won 10 million dollars online and in an unselfish act gave it all to her neighbor, Peggy Phillips also of Holland road. When asked why, she said ,” I did it because Peggy is so awesome!”
