Local Youngstown man arrested for running up and down McCartney rd naked screaming “LET ME EAT”

Local Youngstown man, Jonathan Luciano, was arrested early Thursday morning, April 27th at about noon. Pedestrians say he was walking around naked on Youngstown’s east side (McCartney rd) yelling at old men passing by saying “Let me eat”. Someone called it in around 11am when police arrived Luciano was running up and down McCartney rd screaming out “Fuck 5.0 slime , I’m mister 1 & done” Police tazzed Luciano and took him in. He is believed to have been intoxicated by an unknown substance. He is now being held on $10,000 bond.
