Lots of “Lady Parts” showing

A West Terre Haute woman been arrested for flashing her “lady parts”.
Natasha Dean 32 has been letting loose and going all out. Whenever she run into someone she pulls up her shirt or pulls down her pants. Residents are appalled and grossed out by her behavior. We talked to Jeramy Elkins and he said “She has lost her marbles”, but when asked if he had been flashed he just smiled and ran away. We will bring you more as this story unfolds.
